Bring Me The Horizon is a British rock band, that was formed in Sheffield, England in 2004. The band consists of lead vocalist Oli Sykes, drummer Matt Nicholls, guitarist Lee Malia and bassist Matt Kean. Their major label debut was called, Sempiternal.

Sempiternal consists of many songs that tell a story relating to drugs and mental illness. This album mainly tells the story of Oli Sykes' journey through rehabilitation from ketamine.

This project consists of a 3 illustrative poster series that share parts of Oli Sykes story of him recovering from drugs.

And the Snakes Start to Sing

During Sykes time of recovering from ketamine, many of his '“close” friends backstabbed him so he decided to write “And the Snakes Start to Sing.” So this poster tells that story.

Meaning of poster

Snake

The snake represents the friends who are deceitful. Scales represent the strong toughness and dangers that friendships can have on others. Snake eyes represent the deceitfulness.

Flower

The yellow rose represents friendship.

Logo

The logo represents scratch-like attributes to represent the band’s hard rock style.

Can You Feel My Heart

'Can You Feel My Heart' is all about admittance, admitting you have a problem and admitting something's wrong.

Meaning of Poster

Heart

The heart is hollow because it represents sadness and depression. It represents the emptiness that the artist felt during his time of recovering.

Flower

The yellow roses represent light and guidance towards the right choices.

Sleepwalking

Meaning of poster

It relates to depression; and the surreal feeling that you get when you first wake up and can't beleive you're still alive. Time is still moving even though you’re stuck in your head.

Hourglass

It represents time and how it’s still running. Life is still moving no matter if you are depressed or not.

Flower

The yellow roses represent light and the fact that you’re still living.
